「We had a great stay. There were 3 adults sharing a room with king bed and double sofa bed and had plenty of room. There was also a fridge. The pool is great and includes pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - there are lockers and towels provided. Staff were all lovely and friendly on reception, in the spa and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We came by train to Cheltenham Spa - do not get a taxi from outside the station as it costs twice as much as an uber. We had lunch one day in...

「Really good and big room」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」
