「Beautiful rooms. Spacious! Nice kitchenettes. Property just ok. Have to pay for chairs on their beach. Great sports bar and marketplace」

「The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.」

「The property is at the end of a private/gated area. Hotel seems recently renovated but some of the finishes (flooring & shower tiling) showing some wear already. King bed was very firm and found it not comfortable. Hotel has many convenient amenities for a visiting family such as small store, restaurants, pool games and poolside food service. Would not recommend as a couple if you are looking for quiet/relaxation. Hotel even texted reminder about “quiet” hours as families talk loudly through...

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「A great location and a good price. The grounds were nice with a great view of ponds and a little wildlife of turtles, alligators and birds. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not so good. The water/juice machine did not work and the food was so so. Bottled water was provided later in the day. All in all, we would stay there again.」

「The room was clean and remodeled. The breakfast was only fruit, bread, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The workout room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned as the towels hadn’t been washed, the mats were filthy, the toilet didn’t flush, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment off. The rooms did not have microwaves and the one in the lobby was leaking water. The only ice machine was on the main floor and there was only one elevator.」
