「Everything was so amazing」

「This is my third stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is decent, the beds are comfortable. The only negatives I can say with my last stay was the bathroom sink had really low water pressure also the back parking lot did not have any lighting AT ALL. My previous stay’s it was lit enough that you could at least see around you. Hopefully this was just a temporary issue and has been corrected by now, if not it’s a major safety concern.」

「Upon arriving at front desk you are greeted by a friendly and respectful owner. Located in a quiet area, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable for a goodnights sleep. Wi-Fi available, fridge and microwave, no breakfast but you are close to services close by.」

「Advertised exercise room but it was closed for renovation Pool was open but not heated indoor. Hot tub permanently closed. Ripped furniture in breakfast area. Computer printer was jammed with log job queue.Rooms needed refurbishing old chipped furniture. Burned out bulbs in lights.」

「So this wasn't a bad hotel for the price but there were a few things that drove me crazy. The door latch on room 214 is broken and doesn't catch to lock. We kept having to slam it multiple times to try and get it to close and stay closed. Also as I was sleeping I felt something crawling on my arm. It wasn't a roach but it definitely shouldn't have been in the room. When I went to use the restroom I closed the door and behind the door was gum and gum wrappers. I feel like that should've been seen...

「The room we were assigned didn't look anything like the photo of the room we booked. We had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night because the toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom after flushing. The room we were moved to was MUCH NICER than the room we initially were assigned. Not sure why the hotel chose to put us in a substandard room that obviously was not in good condition or renovated when they had other rooms available. Needless to say an extremely uncomfortable...

「Clean room, staff was friendly. Stayed there with husband and two kids. Only negative remark is the constant smell of someone smoking weed, especially waking up first thing in the morning and the entire room smelling like it」
