"The resort was definitely not clean, there was iguana poop everywhere, all over walkways, in the pools and lazy river. Lazy river was always full of debris like sticks and leaves. Staff there for the most part was good but there were a couple that definitely didn’t care to try help with much at all. The golf carts to take you around are a awesome idea considering it’s built into the side of a mountain but the golf carts where not easy to get ahold of or you would find them all at the top of the resort all hanging out chatting. There was not much for food choices there, the pool bar and grill had easily the best food at the resort. Trying to get to and from the airport was also a task as they didn’t really wanna help at the front desk unless you paid a heavy price for the ride. Overall I definitely wouldn’t choose this resort to stay at again as it was very dirty and the food was not the best."

"The property was amazing once we got check in and got our luggage. The food was great, staff was very accommodating. The only downside was at check in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait over an hour for our room. Then once at the room luggage took 2 hours to arrive. I had to call front desk twice."

"Clean room and property! Ninfa at the front desk was absolutely great! Great location away from the noisier side of town. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the lack of hot water for showering. Sometimes there would randomly be a few minutes of hot water."
Conrad Punta de Mita

"The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever."

"The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and since we booked in July, it was a little humid, but when we entered the room, it was very fresh. The food was absolutely delicious and all the bartenders just kept the good times going with the drinks."

"Very nice room and views. Loved the main pool and ocean was easily accessible and nice for swimming. Staff was nice, room service was quick. Only negative was the food was prehistoric ok everywhere and they had barely any Mexican options. Couldn’t even get a quesadilla anywhere or tacos/guac to the room, instead they had things like burgers & chicken wings. Even the Mexican restaurant was unusual options, Italian restaurant was decent and I didn’t try “Silk” (Asian) but friends staying there said that was the best one"

"It was OK. Food was good overall and pool was nice and well maintained. That said, hotels.com advertises $400 for use in the hotel and that was one of the main drivers for choosing this hotel vs others. Upon arrival it turns out it is 16 $25 coupons WHEN YOU SPEND $100. Coupons can't be used together so they are almost useless. The breakfast got super crowded due to being 1 restaurant for the whole hotel. And they were very unflexible with dinner reservations."
