However, the 3 main amenities that convinced us to chose this hotel over others were not available, including the Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, and Complementary Reception on Wednesday evenings. We were not informed of these being closed/cancelled ahead of time, and only one sign was present saying the hot tub was unavailable. 「The hotel needs massive renovations, bathroom walls were cracked, toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom door would not shut. There was no continental breakfast left when we went there at 8:00 am. People were outside our door screaming until 2 am. I would never stay there again, and I deserve a refund if at all possible?」

「Such a beautiful place in the capital city. Our room was perfectly comfortable and a very cloud like bed. The bed is also in the clouds but there’s a convenient step stool in the closet to help launch you into dreamland. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
