The Staff makes up for the other issues. I rented a room for my elderly uncle while he waits for housing and they have went above and beyond; they listen and answer all questions.

The room we stayed in was extremely disgusting! Tons of dust, very dirty floor, roaches, water bubble that busted on the ceiling, holes in the doors and walls, tons of water damage on door and floor by the bath. This place needs to be torn down.
