「When I got there, they ‘never got my reservation’ but also told me that the room with the queen bed I reserved wasn’t cleaned by their staff anyway. They had me go check a king room myself to make sure it had been cleaned, and it was warm, damp, and musty and the AC was barely kicking out cool air. They offered me that king room at a higher price (no discount for the ‘lost reservation’) and it all seemed like a scam. I got a refund from Expedia for my booking and did not stay there. 」

「It was a beautiful room, beautiful property. However, there were 3 issues I found. Pillows were absolutely destroyed. Flatter than an iron board.
