「The property was scary. It might have been the clientele but my daughter and I slept with our pepper gel and stun gun out while putting the chair in front of the door. The Days Inn next door look better kept. I won’t be staying there again. Also the smoke detector what hanging off the wall. I don’t even know if it worked. There was almost an inch gap under the door into the room. Definitely don’t stay in that room since any critter could come in. I’m sure during the winter, it would be fun...

「There is no pool as advertised and no gym that I was made aware of while I stayed. The “breakfast buffet” was cereal and bread that you could toast yourself. Also my door had a huge gap around it and there was construction being done and so much noise all night I didn’t sleep. There was a lamp that didn’t work as well. The staff was polite but that’s the only nice thing I have to say about the hotel.」

「The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The interior of the Hotel was neat and clean as a pin. The only thing that fell short was the exterior of the building. It desperately needs a coat of paint and freshening up. The landscaping was horrific and looked like an abandoned building from the exterior. I expected much better street appeal from Marriot. Other than that my week-long stay was awesome.」

「We had a decent stay at the Double Tree but I believe it must be sorely under staffed. The welcome mat at the lobby door was caked with mud, the lobby floor was dirty, the elevator floor and walls were very dirty. The walls on both sides of the hallway were scored/scuffed all the way down tlon both sides. The doors were in need of paint. This could be a great property and the staff were nice, but some TLC is needed.」

「you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. 」
