「This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer.」

「Upon checking into the room, there was black mold in the closet of the bedroom. And wet towels hanging inside of it. The owner was immidately defensive and refused to give a refund as i was due to stay in the unit for 7 nights. I took photos and he said it was perfectly fine to stay in a room with black mold. After speaking with expedia, he offered 50% and eventually offered 75% return, bc he double booked the room after i contacted expedia due to the biohazard. Was very rude, bc i checked out...

「Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable.」

「Todo muy nuevo y muy lindo …después que ingresas , es difícil que encuentren tu reservación por lo menos me pasó en mi caso ya que no hay quien te atienda en el momento Luego de aproximadamente una horaapareció una persona que me ayudó muy bien que era personal de mantenimiento y una Sra muy amable y atenta Pero cuando llegas te resulta raro porque aparentemente no tenés reserva Después de esto, todo excelente」
