I forgot a lint roller for my shirt and had a business meeting. The gal at the front desk have me some tape and was very helpful. She mentioned that she often helps guests with one off needs such as mine. Really appreciated her and her service, sadly didn’t get her name. Overall I will Stay here again when I’m in SLC, thanks for being excellent at what you do. It matters. "
