Faltam pessoas para atender na recepção, fez fila quase todos os dias pela manhã, e até umas 13h. No check-out a mesma situação, quase meia hora.

O hotel é muito bom, apenas uma coisa me incomodou, a quantidade de pessoas na recepção é insuficiente. Então entre às 9h e as 13h fez fila na recepção quase todos os dias. As vezes que precisei falar na recepção precisei esperar até 45 minutos na fila. Principalmente no check-out, foram quase 30 minutos.

This is a 2 star hotel. The process at the reception is very bad, but the staff on the reception is very calm and kind. The breakfast is not well and it was to noisy based on to many people on a small place.
