「The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.」

「The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. 「The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.」

「We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...
