「The staff are nice and super friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, price is fair. Close to the Tyne bridge, bars nearby are nice but noisy at night. About 20 minutes to walk to and from train station.」

「I booked a superior room which was very comfortable and clean. We overlooked the river and had a double aspect room (317). Staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to see that we were happy.」
