「Exceptionally clean! All public areas and rooms were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! ALL staff were very helpful, gladly providing anything we asked for and offering great restaurant suggestion in nearby Dallas NC that could easily accommodate our 6 adults and 2 high chair babies. The staff here must be well trained and well managed: they were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. THAT really makes for a good customer experience!」

「Amazing overnight accommodation with a super comfortable Ling sized bedroom suite followed by homemade, from scratch, tasty breakfast food on the weekend mornings. The room was clean, and had all the amenities a night away from home could ever need. The Inn was decorated eloquently and the owners went above and beyond to make themselves known, available and you could feel the southern hospitality flowing through every room. The local shops, restaurants, and bars we visited all came through...

「The room was super clean, everything was warm and inviting. The selling point for me was the bed. Hotel beds are not normally comfortable but I don’t know what kind of magic this hotel has but that bed was by far the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly, parking was simple and didn’t make me question whether my cat would be ok. Just overall a great experience. Will definitely be booking there again. 」

「Rooms are definitely outdated and smell a lot like musty mildew. Place seemed clean enough and staff was friendly. 」

「The 1st front desk clerk was nice and helpful, but the 2nd one (1230 am) clerk was rude and never looked up when I came down to ask a question. Had to go downstairs since the phone in the room was not working and no one answered when I called from my cell. Not only did the phone not work neither did the TV. The only reason I did not leave and find another hotel is because I was exhausted from driving all day. Would not recommend this hotel」

「Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back」

「房間老舊，地毯髒。我的房間滿是煙味，跟櫃台反應，只派人來噴一噴。沒什麼用，在這裡忍受了兩天，是我這幾年來最差的一次住宿經驗。」

「The front desk was so nice and the room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The parking lot was extremely well lit if you are getting in late. Will for sure consider staying here again.」
