「When we arrived the person at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING! He was very kind and helped us a lot throughout the entire night! The pool is not heated and was cold! The hot tub however was very nice! We didn’t notice anything off about our room until the morning! There was an entire colony of ants in our room! They got into our bags and our clothes ):」

「Excellent from check-in to check-out. Room was spacious, very nice, washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Kids enjoyed the complimentary ice cream and slushies. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional and helpful. To end our stay, the breakfast buffet was great. 10/10 recommend」

「There was a flashing light on a detector in our room that was distracting and the A/C didn't really cool the greatest and it was a little noisy when it did kick on. Otherwise I would definitely stay again as the Kickback and breakfast is definitely worth it!!」

「Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10」

「Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked.」

「We received a warm welcome from the courteous staff and love the ability to park directly in front of the hotel and select valet parking. We let the front desk know when we planned to check out and our car was ready and waiting for us. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. The bathroom even had heated floors. Whenever we are in Lincoln we choose to stay here. 」
