里奇伍德出租度假屋

「This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

「Overall great experience, will book again」

「Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???」

「Great central location in a sub-division. Almost right between the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter where we spent our weekend. Close to many grocery options, including a Kroger. Everything about the house was as expected and as described. Would definitely recommend!」

「Good location」

「We visited Cincinnati for the weekend and this apartment was in a perfect location! It’s just over the bridge in Covington and it’s walking distance to cute shops and plenty of great restaurants and bars. I highly recommend making reservations at Mamas on Main! The apartment was very clean and decorated so cute. If we’re back in town, we’d love to stay here again! The only issue we ran into was there were 4 women and the only mirror was in the bathroom so that definitely made getting ready a...

「The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

「A nice roomy space in a convenient location.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.」

「11am check out would be great」

「Great location, cute place, had everything we needed. Would stay again!」

「Very clean; way more spacious for family of 4 than a hotel room (plus there was an in-unit washer/dryer!); quiet; super convenient for walking to see the Reds play. Parking in the lot across the street was easy and not expensive. My key feedback is that a pool was part of our criteria for picking a place to stay with our kids and while there is a pool on site, it wasn’t available for use while we were there. A very minor additional note: the shades were not very good—it was quite bright in the...

「I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit. The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a...

「Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.」

「Nice place, great location」
