「Loved staying here and it was a fantastic value. Got a clean entire suite for the price of a very minimal room. Only complaint is that I wasn't briefed on the amenities and there was no explainer document in the room about them either, so I had to ask. Staff weren't especially warm but they were efficient and took care of all of my needs right away :)」

「it appears that junior staff managing the front desk need a better understanding of why the hotel has policies in place, not just what those policies are. The hotel grounds were clean and everything was nice but the hot tub was in deplorable condition. So very dirty and smelly. I wish that was as clean as the rest of the place.」

「Over all this is where we all ways stay when are traveling to the Tri-Cities area. Every disappointment when we don’t get to stay here it’s a Five star hotel but we pay like it’s a 3 star hotel. Great accommodations. 」
