「Nice place to stay」

「access to river walk was easy and fun to do!」

「This is a more than adequate hotel, well situated by the river and close to the city center. Very clean and quiet.」

「If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong.」

「Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower...

「Posting on Expedia showed a double queen room and the site didnt offer that. Room was cleaning but bathroom was small and there were no supplies provided other than old soap. Location felt unsafe and there was a lot of police activity driving through the lot multiple times throughout the evening. Bed was uncomfortable and only 2 pillows were provided.」

「Not what I expected, even for an Oyo hotel. Hotel was actually an adjunct to a gas station, with the cashier at the station being the front desk. But room was okay, can't complain much given small $ paid.」
