The bed was uncomfortable, room was very small. TV only had fox News. Juice at breakfast tasted rancid and breakfast was a joke. always people outside smoking. And parking lot was built backwards.
Visiting family from almost 3,000 miles away, twice a year, & one clerk came to room at roughly 7:35pm & told us we were being too loud due to a couple people laughing, out of 4 of us. I talked with him & he didn’t seem to care. I asked specifically if someone complained, he said ‘no complaints except from him’. At that time of day there should be no reason for that treatment especially with no complaints from my neighboring tenants. It was disappointing to have that happen.
Property seems to attract a sketchy clientele. A group near my room had a late night party in the parking lot and broke glass and beer bottles and left BBQ coals in the middle of the parking lot. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms. There is also a police activity and for police cars rolled up and the police pulled several people out of their rooms.
The front desk clerk was not very friendly and had trouble operating the computer during check-in.
The building and rooms old are old and in need of an update.

Great overall for what you pay, it's getting outdated it's my only complaint
Not a place I’d stay again. Room was freezing, had to get someone to come fix shower and still didn’t work great, beds awful.

The only thing good was the price and even that was high for what you get.
Continental Breakfast - no danish even thought they tell you they have danish.
Staff makes you feel like you're bothering them even when you're the only car in the parking lot.
They do not offer Government discounts to people who reserve on line

It was clean, but it was old and needed an update.
The room carpets were very dirty. The heater only worked part of the time. The tv remote volume did not work. Hot water was iffy. Our room key cards did not work most of the time - in fact they had to be replaced 3 times on the last night of our stay and even then it took some doing for just one of them to finally work.
In the office on our last morning, after we had just checked out and were eating, my wife asked to use the restroom and was told there was not one so the girl gave her a new card key for our room so my wife could go there. The key did not work so the girl gave her a master device to use and that did not work either. So finally my wife asked again if there was a bathroom near the office she could use but the girl said sorry but no.
What else? A nearby resident played his guitar at 3am or so.
I must say that the breakfast was okay although without facilities to wash your hands.
Worst stay I have ever had and i am 69 years old.
This was a great value for the money. It is a bit on the older side but overall was pleased. Quiet with a nice lawn area for walking the dog. There is a pet fee, that I was not expecting. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
So what I have always seen as a low price, good option price to a local room has been brought under question. Apparently the jail releases, new released felons to stay at this location... are you ready to track that? No I wasn't either! I don't want either of these criteria to become 'okay in our norms" What about you?
