「We arrive like 2 hours before check in and they gave us the room even though the hotel seemed pretty busy. When checking out the hotel was quiet and we asked for one hour more to check out and they say NO, even though it seemed everybody left, we can tell by cars in parking lot and the price for that day , I guess you can have it all.」

「I enjoyed my stay, however, the tv in our room stopped working on our second night there and when we reported it, the front desk clerk came and brought us a new remote, which also didn’t work. Instead of offering to replace the tv so that we could watch something that evening, she just said she would report it to maintenance. The next day when I checked out and asked the new front desk clerk about it she said she did not have any maintenance report. I feel this could have been handled better and...

「離我參加會議的A&M Rellis校區約10miles的距離並不遠，且上下班時間完全不塞車。櫃台非常親切的跟你閒聊，當我需要影印時，也很熱心的幫忙。房間很舒服乾淨，附近就有Krogers, Target, Walmart等賣場。我也在不遠處找到日式，韓式，越式，中式的料理，附近也有好吃的chick-fil-A。我看到游泳池還有溫水SPA，可惜我沒帶泳褲來享用。每天的早餐也算豐盛，且服務員非常的有禮貌。總之，這是一個很適合外國人來大學城參加會議所居住的旅館。 」
