「The property is location is amazing walking distance to almost everything in downtown Palm Beach, who were able to walk around to the shops the beach and other hotels. Victoria and the front desk was amazing. They will provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks drinks, which was such a huge plus. 「There was a couple small hiccups to start, the first not enough towels and second the elevator broke for a few hours on the 10th floor; however, staff was super accommodating and made up for it they went above and beyond. The rest of the stay was exceptional and I would definitely stay there again.」
