「One complaint for the room was the bathroom. There was a large amount of mildew/mold all along the shower door at the base. This can easily be removed and it would really make the room seem spotless. The other complaint was behind the end table. Can easily run the sweeper behind there to also make things look good. I didn’t care for looking at a peanut and the top of a sauce container. Otherwise, I loved my stay there.」

「Most of the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean; the a/c unit had some exposed wiring...which I left alone. The property was close to I-70 & a busy roadway but couldn't hear the traffic. Plenty of available parking. A good stopping point on a road trip to rest.」

When I reported it to the front desk, the manager seemed genuinely surprised that our room hadn’t been cleaned, but that didn’t change the fact that the issue was never resolved.
