「這絕對是在佛羅倫斯住宿的超值選擇。飯店位置絕佳，距歷史城區10分鐘的步行距離，卻有相當寧靜的住宿品質，且附近有不少優質的餐廳和酒吧。民宿位於一間有歷史的住宅內，有電梯，且房間裝潢和設施相當舒適新穎。我們住套房可直接看到亞諾河，房間空間非常寬敞舒適，有免費使用的咖啡機和茶包，浴室相當整潔，淋浴間也夠寬敞。若從火車站來，建議搭計程車，大約10歐左右可以解決行李的問題。民宿職員相當盡責，任何問題都能以電郵協助說明，還有代訂票卷服務，可以代訂教堂、烏菲茲美術館等景點的入場卷和預約時間。離開時也很貼心的幫忙預約足夠四人和四大行李乘坐的計程車，服務極佳！ 因為飯店民宿位於ZTL內，強力建議開車的旅人若選擇這間民宿，最好不要開車，省去停車或車牌報備等各繁鎖程序。」

「GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. So many Siena sites and churches and shopping within easy walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negative was that there weren’t any spaces or couches to...

「We thought the units were out of the city but they are very well located. Excellent to make as your base to see the surrounding towns Paula is excellent. Stayed till 8.00 pm as a special case to check us in and was very resourceful with ideas and maps etc. 」

「Lovely relaxation options and wonderful restaurant attached to the property! Great for a stay where you are travelling through Tuscany by car! Do not recommend travelling by public transport or taxi as it is very expensive.」

「The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.」

「The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It was up a number of big flights of stairs, which we found to be fine for us heading out and coming back but was hard with luggage. There was a problem with the boiler (lacking heating/hot water) but the customer service and support we received where brilliant, someone came and fixed it within the hour. Unbelievable location, central and wonderful though very loud at night. A really wonderful apartment to stay in while visiting Florence. 」
