「Staff at the hotel were superb.. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for...

「Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.」

「Amazing hotel with stunning view! We arrived a bit late due to flight delay and the staff was helpful with our late check-in. The room is very spacious with a beautiful valley view. Breakfast served in a pinic basket to the room everyday is definitely a highlight, all the food is very fresh and amount is generous. Will definitely recommend.」

「Cristina was very friendly and the breakfasts she brought us were great. The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor barbecue facilities were quite useful」

「Beautiful surroundings and room amenities. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. We tried the spa and sauna, which was good for a relaxing vacation. Not many dining options around and we stayed in the hotel restaurant for dinner, A bit expensive than average but affordable. 」

「Optima acomodação , super limpa e perfumada. Muito bem localizada em pleno centro de Mondim de Bastos, com um excelente pequeno almoço ! Anfitrião bastante simpático, conhecedor dos encantos circundantes que amavelmente nos forneceu algumas dicas muito úteis! Recomendo vivamente!! Referência ao alojamento em tempo de covid 19 , tudo bastante limpo e cuidadoso, todos com uso de máscara o que nos deixou super tranquilos. 「Personnel professionnel et agréable. Proche du centre, on peut laisser la voiture au parking. Manque l’ascenseur pour venir avec des personnes qui ont des difficultés à monter les escaliers. Un sol sans moquette serait un plus.」
