"Very cute lodging. This is a resort with individual cabins. Ours was right by a huge lake, tranquil and teeming with swans and waterfowl. A friendly swan greeted us when we parked. Parking was very easy and right in front of our cabin, providing very easy access for our bags. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The little cabins were well stocked and clean, with heaters to protect from the cold/rain/wind. Love it and would 100% recommend. So cozy and nice."

"Stayed here many times, but this time lacked few things 1 mini fridge last stay had 1 2 spare pillows asked but never recieved 3 no heating asked but never resolved Please dont lack service "

"I wasn't there for the shopping, just needed a break as it was a long time coming, everything was perfect, i felt i could free roam without questions asked, the staff were amazing, cannot fault them, i am a night owl, i sleep or i don't and the last night before i left i had a conversation with a member of staff named Seamus and he told me that was only his second shift at Park House Hotel, i was blown away, he was so happy to listen to my troubles, was brilliant all round, no faults whatsoever. Thank you. The only downside was the room key system, i thought it was out of date to have a key to have to lock the room when you leave it, i think that might be a thing that really needs updating with a key card and on leaving the room it automatically locks but other than that no qualms."

"Lovely hotel, very clean, spacious and quiet room. bed was comfy. Good variety of breakfast options of traditional English breakfast,cereal, toast, fruit etc. Great location with supermarket, bars, rail and tram station close by."
