「All the staff is very helpful, nicely, kindly and sweet. The room is bit, maybe I booking family room, the bed is sooooo big. If I come again, this is my first choice to booking again.」

「Lovely last minute night away. Haven’t stayed here for a while and I think the rooms have been refurbished. Very nice. Only two issues. Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. Assuming it’s on a timer but it was cold. But good stay.」

「King Arthur Hotel was in a very convenient spot to explore the Gower. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The food was great and reasonable. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.」

Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. Nice to have 2 types of pillow and book with ideas for what to do in the local area. Some of the reception spa staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel (beautician was very helpful).
