「We stayed in Hotel Galaxias for 6 nights when travelling in Rhodes. We had such a great time here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like home in this modern hotel, and feel like friends with the staff. It is a proper hotel with very clean facilities. Towels were changed and room was cleaned everyday. Quiet environment, we had good sleep there. It is not very close to the old town but still a walking distance. We rented a car so basically it was not such a big problem. Also...

「Ein sehr schöner Standort, unmittelbar am Meer, toller Service, das Personal ist freundlich und sehr kundenorientiert, das Angebot im Restaurant ist top (morgens und abends), die Appartements sind grosszügig und modern, es ist alles da, was man/frau braucht und wenn nicht, muss nur kurz gefragt werden, denn alle sind hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「it's really terrible experience to live here. And the attitude of reception is not kindly. The room is dark. There is nothing in the room even hotel introduce(how to call the reception, etc.)」

「Do not book this property! Booked this in November as it was near our actual hotel & this was to have a room on out final day as we had late flights! Got there at check in only to be told in very poor English they had doubled booked - they sent us in a taxi to a hotel they told us was 2,mins away! When we finally arrived it took us 45 mins to walk back to our hotel & the hotel room was not any better than a hostel! Very disappointed - we should have been told before hand! 」
