"For the price, this Hyatt does not deliver. Ice machines inoperative, room refrigerator leaked. Musty smell in room. Suite rooms very small. No in house restaurant. Staff were great, but overall, a very poor delivery for the price. We chose this Hyatt because it was more expensive than other local area hotels and assumed it would deliver based on the brand and price. It failed to deliver. Felt like the exact same delivery we could have gotten for $100 less a night."

"Yes all Good no problems "

"Very clean room. Clean RR. Parking seemed to be in front of your room. TV system work. Coffee was cleam and worked. Nothing fancy. But clean and affordable. Appears that someone is doing a remodel. Check in could be msrked better. When you pull in theres a resignation looking area and i had to ring a bell to get someone It took a few minutes but the man came out and my expedia reservation was in the system. It appeared to be a one man show. But it was very clean and the bed appeared to be new. I would stay again. I needed a room for night to attend a event. So it fit the bill for me. Not much in the walking department thou. But 3 or 5 miles away was everything . Ill be back next same time."

"Will not stay here again. The smell of Pot was overwhelming in the Lobby, Hallway and my "non smoking" room as well. For a $200 a night price tag this hotel location is not worth it and needs to be cleaned up. It is ridiculous to spend money at a name brand hotel and be subjected to the overwhelming pot odor. You can do better."

"Parking is safe, secure and adequate"

"Breakfast was very poor. They used plastic utensils, there were no plates or forks to use. People were having to eat their breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon with a spoon in a bowl. This is not the standard expected in a Hampton Inn hotel. They should never have run out of utensils and why do they use plastic utensils rather than China/proper cutlery. This was not acceptable. "

"The room was nice, appeared to have been renovated. I'm going to assume after Hurricane Ian in late 2022. Floor could have been cleaner, but all and all room was good. "
