Beautiful views. Easy access to restaurants and downtown. Room was dated, but tidy. Staff were friendly and the pool area was excellent. They also have a good restaurant on site.

All was great until I tried to shower in the morning. It did not work! Upon checking out I let the receptionist know and asked how they could even clean the bathtub without running water, that’s when he started raising his voice to us. He gave me the managers card. Two emails sent to the manager with no response. I emailed corporate, still waiting for a response.

Hotel is dated, but clean. Beautiful water views. Beautiful pool area and docks. Good restaurant serving locally caught fish. Balconies off each room provided excellent visitas of the water. Great location near downtown. Quick access via car to downtown shoppes and restaurants.

Front desk clerk was not very friendly when checking in. Lobby was overly fragrant with the smell of cheap cleaner. When I went to my room my key didn’t work and ultimately maintenance had to come do surgery on the doorknob to make it work. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy. While none of these are necessarily deal breakers I would explore other options since there are so many.

The hotel’s location is amazing! The hotel itself is old and in need of room renovations. The rooms were generally clean, but the carpet was filthy. We started wearing socks after noticing how dirty our feet were after walking on it, but quickly advanced to shoes as the socks turned completely black. We stayed for nine nights and had to ask for supplies and for our room to be cleaned twice while we were there, otherwise I don’t think they would have acknowledged us beyond check-in. Also, the vending machines on both the 2nd and 5th floors of the east tower took money but didn’t give change (or at least the right change) and didn’t always give the product, either. We would love to stay there again because, again, the location is convenient and the views were wonderful, but it really needs new carpet and updated appliances (micro and mini fridge).

Reserved a high river view king. When I got there Ariel told me a 2 queen was all that was left, I was the last to check in. That I had been upgraded. We got in the room 217 dirty , lights didn’t work, smelled the balcony view was the back of another building not the river. When I went back to office another person was checking in. I told Ariel that room was not what I had paid for. Ariel then informed me they had a king balcony and another room I could have. I will never stay there again.

I stayed in room 615 and it was a good stay i went for a funeral didn’t spend too much time at the hotel the toilet was running continuously i had to adjust it the shower and sink pipe knobs was really hard to turn the sink didn’t drain properly the room was clean great view great breakfast I enjoyed the on site restaurant and pool

Room was dirty when we got there. Someone left their toe nails on the couch and some crumbs(?) all over the top of the freezer door. Didn't complain, relatively minor. Room was otherwise quite nice, very spacious. View was both great and awful. Payed a premium to upgrade our room to an upper floor, got the 3rd floor dead center above the restaurant. The roof of the restaurant is pretty ugly, loud, dirty, and we had the smells of cooking food coming into our room whenever the restaurant was open. Also had a strong cigar smell coming in from the guy on the ground floor. If you ignored the roof top, or held a camera just at the right spot, the view of the river and skyline were awesome. My husband thought about asking to switch rooms but the place was packed and it sounded like there were no rooms available, so we just dealt with it. Breakfast buffet was good to awesome everyday, depended on how early you got there and if some of the more popular stuff (yogurt, pastries) was still available. Staff were ok overall, front desk staff were efficient and as friendly as they could be, it was just very busy for them. I would say the facility overall could use a good deep clean, lots deferred maintenance around the facility, including the restaurant (ceiling/lighting could really use some sort of cleaning, it was bad). I would stay here again, price was ok, food was good, pillows were fluffy and plentiful. Location not always close to where we were headed each day, spent a lot on Uber.

We arrived 1hour before check in but the room was not ready. No big deal and said they would call. Never did so went back at 4:39 and it was ready. Poor service

Had to wait 90 minutes after check-in time for the room to be available! When we got to the room, we found it dark, dingy and damp. The front door was difficult to open. The bathroom featured rusted fixtures.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was subpar. The bathtub had a rusty drain and the floor was dirty. I even laid a towel in the bathtub so as not to have to step on it.
