"The air conditioner stopped working Wednesday night and was not fixed until Thursday night after 1130 pm, the villa was extremely hot and uncomfortable for myself and family. The parking spots only by permit and very limited, when not available you had to park far from the villa."

The Bear's Den Resort Orlando
"Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees.
