「Friendly staff and great location」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

「The unit needs an upgrade, shower was hard to maintain a water temperature. Kitchen had old pots to cook had to ask for a frying pan. Elevators were slow and this was end of the ski season. No AC so it was hot in the unit. Had to return home the next day due to a family emergency and hotel manager refused to provide any type of refund. Don’t recommend staying here.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Such a great place. If we stayed for more than 2 nights we may have used the well stocked kitchen to cook a meal. Such an exceptional suite and property has plenty of activities. Just don't count on the fishing pole rentals. They told me they don't do it any more. Will definitely come back if in area.」
