Grand Sierra Resort and Casino
AC substandard. TV auto shut off after a few hours. Front desk staff not interested in answering questions. Housekeeping staff very friendly and engaging!

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination
I ordered a non smoking room on Expedia but apparently got an all access room which means people can smoke. At check in they upgraded me to a non smoking suite for $39.00 and it was beautiful with a view and soaking tub. Loved it!
