Phones not working having to call from my phone and telling them but they couldn’t get maintenance till past 12 which at that time we were no longer there when we first got the hotel on there. It said free breakfast but when we arrive, they were charging us $8.50 per person for breakfast and it wasn’t until after we left it I heard that they could’ve honored that I wish they would’ve told me themselves since it was in a third-party app. I slept on the bed and I got really itchy. I ended up getting bumped on my feet and my hands which I have pictures of I put in a complaint. No one has returned my calls. I only got an email saying that had a case number. No manager has reached out to me, even though Hyatt customer service has called them, and I have yet to hear from them. It’s been over a week very disappointed.
