"This hotel is from the days of Reno’s top places to stay. It still has that charm and feelings of the good old days before Vegas. It’s full of history and tales of Reno. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s a walkable area less than 3 minutes to the Trucker River walk and restaurants. A 6-7 minute walk to the Reno historic arch and plenty of casinos within a 10 minute walk. This location was perfect and the staff made you feel at home. ***** five stars "

"The room was great for the price we paid, hotel is situated well in the centre of Reno. We appreciated the free parking. Check-in was poor, staff were friendly but self-checkin wasn’t working and the instructions weren’t clear on how to get help. This meant a long wait to speak to someone, clearly understaffed vs the demand. Amenities were good with lots of restaurant options on-site. "
