Nugget Casino Resort
Staff outshined. I just had surgery, they met me with a wheelchair to take me to my room and took me from my room back to our vehicle when we checked out. Something so small meant so much.

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination
The staff a while checking in was efficient. The smoke in the hotel rooms was awful. It felt like it was circulating the same air from the casino floor. The shower made a loud horrible whistle sound that gave all of us a headache. The staff at the cafe were very hardworking. The food was good.

Parking is super easy and very convenient without charge. Although the staying in sky tower is a bit of a rough walk especially with luggage and children from front desk check in.
