「My mother and I stayed at this property in early July 2026. I enquired via email about wheelchair accessibility at the property and was assured my mother would have no issues going anywhere within the property. To our shock, as soon as we got off the car, the entrance to the hotel had stairs with no arrangements made for wheelchair users. My mum had to literally crawl up the stairs to get to the lobby.
