Everything was brilliant. Was disappointed the swim-up bar was closed for renovations. That was one of the main reasons I booked that resort. Recommend the resort and will visit again.

Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot.

Staff are delightful and the property and gardens are very well maintained and all areas keep exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, serviced daily and always supplied with water etc. Breakfast was much the same everyday. Satisfactory but could do with the little more variation. It will be interesting to see how the areas change once the new extension is fully operating. Having the three pools provides options however, there was never an opportunity to utilise the very front beach lounges as towels were placed on them by selfish guests very early and left unattended, sometimes for hours...the hotel should definately clamp down on this as is totally unfair on the majority of guests. Location is good with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, plenty of cupboard space. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. There were 3 pools to choose from. Gardens are to die for, so beautifully kept. Location right on the beach and many restaurants to go to. Only thing I can comment on is that the room boys didn’t leave any normal tea bags. Only left peppermint tea bags even when we told them. We ended up buying our own tea bags from supermarket. All in all, was a great stay at the Griya.
