The best part was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. However, the room was kind of a disappointment. It’s a bummer there’s no microwave in there, but that’s on me for not reading the ammeneties better. The furniture wasn’t in a great condition and just looked rough. Some of the drawers didn’t really close properly. There was a hole in the wall by the door. And the rooms was so small. I could tell it was on the smaller size from the pictures but I was surprised by just how small it was. It did not comfortably fit 4 of us. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Modern amenities and friendly staff, only slight complaint, our safe didn’t work and the streaming apps on our tv stopped working partway through our stay. also the location was a bit further from the main action of midtown. but overall still a great stay

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean and the other areas of the hotel as well. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with our room key working at our room door and maintenance came right away and took care of it. We have no complaints! One thing to note is that there is a fee of $25 per day to park in the parking garage at the hotel. I feel that it should be included in the price of the stay since it is part of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
