The staff who checked us in were extremely friendly and welcoming. We can’t remember his name- but shout out for making us feel so welcome. It’s in a great location for exploring different parts of the city and accessing public transport. I’m sure we’ll be back again! "

The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart. I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally.
