"Pool was freezing. One water slide was broken. Room was dirty. We got moved to a second room that was supposed to be cleaner but it was not. Breakfast was also disappointing- a can of fruit salad, some bread for toast with a toaster that kept on breaking and some pancakes and waffles which weren’t too terrible. The hot food was some potatoes, and ham that was over cooked. The staff was nice though and seemed willing to help but it’s hard to help when the cleaning staff doesn’t do their job, or their hands are tied cuz the manager won’t buy a new toaster. It’s just a poorly managed hotel. This was our second time trying this hotel, as the first time was similar and we thought we would give it a second chance. We won’t be staying again."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Overall I like it and would recommend it. Both times I stayed the toilet seats don't stay up. It seems that this is probably by design. I cant say for sure as the sample size is to small. This is both irritating and unnecessary."

"Very clean and professional. Moved there after checking into the travel lodge and having a terrible experience. Explained to the front desk what the travel lodge employee did and they were disgusted as well. Holiday in was so much cleaner too. "

"Towels too old, bedsheets too old and looks like ain't changed. Wifi okay. Kitchen no idea. Staff was okay they responded about our call that someone knocking our door, heard loud bangs in other room and hallway. Someone fighting and yelling at 5am in the morning."

"Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation."

"Heater in room kept turning on and waking me up. Very small room for what you pay. No elevator. Someone tried to get into my room while I was sleeping. Woke me up. "
