「We didn't get to use the gym or the pool but both seemed in good condition. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice but the building and room both needed some repairs. The luggage cart had two flat tires and our room's bathroom had loose and cracked floor tiles. The shower also was leaking so the room smelled musty.」

「We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It...

「The staff was very good but the hotel needs upgrades, as soon as I walked in the room my nose started burning from the dust and smells not just in the room but also in the hallways. The furniture was old and the floor needed replacing in the kitchen area, the bathroom toilet wasn’t cleaned. The carpet was so dirty, words can’t describe how much disappointed I was, if I could I would request a refund…」

I loved the lobby games and the hot coffee and tea available all day. It added a such nice, homey touch. There’s also a restaurant on site that we didn’t get a chance to try, but it was a great option to have. Highly recommend!」
