"Both receptionists served us were excellent. They can guide you anywhere with full information and clear directions. Hotel parking at back cost you 20CHF p/night. All essential amenities are close by. Breakfast was very good. If you prefer firm mattresses, you should inform the staff in advance, as the standard mattresses are quite soft and the comforter is shorter, which may not be ideal for taller guests. The hotel provides free local transportation tickets within the city."
