Perfect hotel accommodation.

We stay here on our way back to the U.K. from Italy. Overnight stay. Perfect hotel and really great restaurants too. We have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

Really good hotel and the standards are high. Nice breakfast and service. Calm place and parking fees are decent. A supermarket Aldi is closeby and some Fastfood Outlets like subway/McDonald's.(Around 10minutes walk) Some big travel groups are be there, which can sometimes cause rush at the reception but it's ok.

Close by the highway 2. Clean hotel. Afortunatly one elevator was broken and the other one was very occupied during our stay. Also the bar closed at 23:30pm, so to drink a beer after a long trip you need to arrive before that time. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is also a recommendation; much choice and very good! We stayed in a family room with 2 queensize beds. Big room, plenty of space. Seperate the kids room from the parents. A babybed was requested and was installed at arrival. Overall an excellent hotel for one night to travel further.

Excellent hotel. Perfect for an overnight stop on way thru Switzerland. Easy location just off motorway, comfy beds, great burger!

The non-smoking room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, although the staff promptly provided an air purifier that helped reduce the issue. Cleanliness was lacking both in the room and bathroom. Also, despite being four guests, only two towels were provided daily, requiring constant requests for more. The staff was attentive, but the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.

We booked a standard double room. Bed was a disaster. Matrass hard, pillow no density at all and two beds of 140x200, felt really small. Price for the room didn’t fit the quality.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times now and it never disappoints. The hotel is well appointed and in great condition and the staff are fantastic friendly and helpful.

Just a fantastic place, absolutely nothing to criticise. We've stayed here a few times and it's always made the trip. The staff are a pleasure. Highly recommended.

OK but not great

Hotel was OK. Nothing special, but clean. Bedding awful. Food was good for breakfast but average for dinner - i used the "spaghetti Restaurant" once and the "Carbonara" was truly awful. Staff were OK.

Very pleasant stay - amazing breakfast buffet

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and free fresh fruits and Swiss chocolate available at reception desk. The room with two standard beds was a bit on the small side but very clean and comfortable. The full breakfast buffet was included in our rate and it was outstanding in quality and variety: freshly squeezed juices, lots of different breads and pastries, large selection of hot and cold items and omlettes prepared to your order. They also offer lactose free and vegan drinks, joghurts and "cheeses". Very friendly staff in the restaurant. The hotel is located close to the Naturpark Thal with many great hiking trails and you can also start directly from the hotel. All in all, very good value for the price.

Lobby was clean but room was dirty. Air conditioning fan was constantly blowing dust. Dust would accumulate within few hours which was really unhealthy for us, I had two children. I reported this to receptionist but nothing was done about it. Blankets weren’t changed at all throughout my 6 night stay. Customer service was extremely poor, had two staffs who were extremely polite, but the rest were horrible, has zero customer service skills.
