My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "
