"Motel smelled musty. Is overall not cleaned, and clientele is suspect, at best. While I was in the lobby, one guest complained about not having sheets on the bed and another complained about not having light in the room. She was actually complaining that every single light in the hotel room room did not work. She had to leave the door open because it was the only light available besides the window. Come on guys, this should be a simple process. Clean the room and make the bed. You can do better than this."
