The Resort at Schlitterbahn
It's probably a great place for families to gather. It gets heavy use and it shows plus it's quite old. I stayed for 3 days and it was suitable. It also was nice surprise to have a free laundry.

Westpointe Drive Apartments by Landing
came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment ...
