"Great location next to the outlets. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest. "

"Parking was safe, staff was super friendly. Had good breakfast. Room was clean did have some crumbs in the sofa bed and a stain on the sheet. But other than that it was a good stay. "

"No issues with property. Need a refund for my room because Expedia charged me $250 to change my date and never changed it with the hotel so we did not have a room when we got there. Had to spend another $200 to purchase a room with hotel directly. Will never use Expedia again! "

"When we walked in, there were two dead cockaroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door was broken like someone had kicked it from the inside. At least two towels had holes. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off leavimg exposed glue only with no hook. One bed had stained yellow sheets. We stayed 3 nights. When we went to request cleaning service in the evening, there was no one at the front dest or anyone to answer the bell for 15 minutes. We finally left and returned with our own broom and dust pan. We did get service the next day but did not replenish thw towels. "

"This place is awful. Disgusting and not clean at all. Spiders and bugs in the room along with spider webs everywhere. "
