「Staff/manager was extremely kind and nice! Assisted me in getting checked in a bit early and helped when I had room issues. My bathroom fan didn’t work and my room had some scuffs but otherwise - all good. Just around a lot of construction at the moment.」

「The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan.」
