「Most disgusting sh*thole ever!!! BEDBUGS!!!! The 1st room- the TV didn't work. The front desk lady told me to come down to switch it. When I got in the elevator I almost slipped because the whole thing had puddles. No wet caution sign. When I got down there, the water trailed all the way down the hall & lobby to the pool. When I mentioned it, she shrugged it off like it's normal because kids just got out. They switched me to "a suite that is their most expensive room" because they didn't have...
