「I did the toilt flush test and it overflowed. I had to turn the fixture valve off before flooding the floor. After notifying the front desk i requested a refund and went elsewhere. The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint.」

There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.」
